Please note that we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. Instead, we provide a replacement option if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Replacement Instead of Refund
If your product arrives in poor condition or is not what you ordered, don’t worry — our team will replace it for you. To qualify for a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Share clear photos or a short video of the issue.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Refundable Orders
Since we do not offer refunds, please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase. Custom-made, discounted, or clearance items are also not eligible for replacement unless damaged during delivery.
